Stadium setup: 3 flagged lanes, start/finish ropes, pro sound, MC table, and a pop-up canopy or covered overhang for shade.
Teams of three+: We split students into three teams per heat, let them name their team, and track points across rotating events.
Big finish: The winning team gets to toss (staff-controlled) water balloons toward the other two teams—who stand in the middle lane trying to catch them. (Catching earns bragging rights and keeps things friendly!)
